INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON LINE REGISTRATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

WE ONLY ACCEPT VISA and MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS. NO DEBIT CARDS. NO AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER CARDS.

DO NOT USE A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD THAT DRAWS FUNDS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
Your bank will put a hold on the dollar amount but our credit card system will decline the transaction. The hold will eventually expire. If you want to pay from your bank account, download the forms and mail them to our Nashville address with a check made out to Mark O'Connor Fiddle Camp.

CHOOSE the camp and instrument you want to register for. Be sure you register for the right one.

DO NOT BACK SPACE. Proofread your entries carefully before going forward.

IF YOU ARE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE USA, put any state in the required space and we will delete it later. A state is necessary for your on line registration to go through.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS SUBMITTING THE FORMS, do not resubmit your forms since you will charge yourself again. Email Helen at fiddlecamp@markoconnor.com and wait for her to reply with information about whether she received your charge and info. Or you may leave a voice mail at 615-941-7426.

One guardian may chaperone more than one student to either camp

TENNESSEE CAMP: Tennessee camp requires that guardians register separately for minors attending. Tennessee guardians should register immediately before or after registering their minor student. We cannot accept registration of a minor without a guardian registration. Tennessee registration for students and guardians includes cafeteria meals and a dorm room bedspace.
Exception: Minor students living in Johnson City area should contact Helen at fiddlecamp@markoconnor.com for their special situation and instructions on registering.

NYC CAMP: For minors attending the String Camp in NYC, separate registration for a guardian is not required but A GUARDIAN MUST BE LISTED in the student registration form and the guardian must be present at camp with the student.
Exception: NYC residents age 13 and up may sign the special waiver on line to attend without a guardian but we do not offer supervison for those students. Meals and lodging are not included in the registration fee for NYC.

You will immediately receive a confirmation number for your registration and you will receive an email confirmation several weeks after registration. Keep both of these for your records since we do not mail packets out before camp. All the info you need before arriving will be on the website www.markoconnor.com.moses.com and/or in your email confirmation. Email questions to Helen at fiddlecamp@markoconnor.com
